ALL THE PUBLIC IS INVITED; EVERY AGE AND GENDER, CHOCOLATE HOLDS NO BIAS.
IS INVITED TO TASTE ORIGINAL CHOCOLATES FROM OREGON'S BEST CHOCOLATIERS FROM
PORTLAND TO ASHLAND.
Most $1.00 per bite
Chocolatiers are: Trufflier, Kekau
Confections, Conscious Creations, Fenton & Lee, Euphoria, Silly Rabbit
Chocolate Company, Chocolate Decadence, Goodies, Wingnut, Phibrations and Theo
For local skillful Chocolatiers:
EVERYONE IS ENCOURAGED TO ENTER HIS OR HER FAVORITE
CHOCOLATE DESSERTS AND CONFECTIONS IN THE COMPETITION.
CAT ORGIES INCLUDE:
one type of filling only, may be dipped or rolled
cake, mousse, tart, cookie, etc.
may use non-edible support, not to exceed 15%.
entries between 8:30 –10:00am. Entry
fee $5.00, we have scholarships available, contact: 541 342 6411 to apply.
Fenton & Lee Confections, 35 E. 8TH St. downtown Eugene,
will be doing a demo in their storefront window, they will be creating a special
treat and will donate a portion of all sales for the day to the CASCADES RAPTOR
expecting lots of great entries from the culinary School at Lane Community
Collage, The culinary departments of 4J schools along with La Petite Gourmet
Network Charter School and the many chocolate lovers of the community.
